If we are a participating provider with your insurance company, we will file your insurance claim for you. The filing of a claim does not guarantee coverage, and the insurance plan remains an agreement between the patient and the insurance company.
Any copays, deductibles, and charges denied by an insurance company are the responsibility of the patient.
